The Arizona Health Information Management Association invites and encourages your company to participate at the 2017 AzHIMA Fall Meeting at Banner Health Corporate Center Mesa on October 20, 2017. Banner Health Corporate Center Mesa is located at 525 W. Brown Rd. Mesa AZ 85201.
Event sponsorship provides your company with a high degree of visibility and additional networking opportunities and contributes to the success and excitement of the meeting. Below is a list of sponsorships available. Three of the four sponsorships provides space to set up a tabletop exhibit and allows two representatives from your company to be present at the meeting. We invite you to select a sponsorship most appropriate for your company. Sponsorships will be acknowledged on the AzHIMA website. Your company will receive recognition in the Fall Meeting’s program, and/or with on-site signage during the event. Additionally, we have dedicated a page on our website to recognize all Corporate Supporters. Sponsorships will be given on first come, first served basis.

When you register online, you will have the option to pay by mail with a check or pay online with a credit card (AMEX, MasterCard, Visa, or Discover).
If you are paying by check, select “mail a check” under payment options. You will later see instructions to print the confirmation page and mail your payment to KnowledgeConnex. The mailing address will be on the invoice. Make your check payable to KnowledgeConnex and include the confirmation/order number with the check. Checks that do not reference the confirmation number will be returned to you and will not be applied to the registration.
