Heather Guscott, RHIA
Heather Guscott, RHIA has almost 13 years in Health Information Management, revenue cycle and coding. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Information Administration with an RHIA and a recently completed Master’s degree in Project management. Heather is originally from Minnesota but has called Arizona her home for the last 20 years.
She currently works at Mayo Clinic in Outpatient Hospital Coding as a Team Lead.
In her spare time, Heather enjoys hiking in the Grand Canyon, traveling, and reading non-textbook books.
Crystal Champaigne is a Certified Coding Specialist who works as a Remote Outpatient Coder for Peak Heath Solutions for an acute care hospital. Crystal believes that ensuring accuracy in coding not only provides excellent patient service to those who visit the facility but also helps the hospital obtain quick and accurate billing. Crystal holds an Associate of Science Degree in Health Information Management from Intellitec Medical Institute where she was awarded “Top Student” in her class and maintained a 4.0 GPA while working full time. Crystal is currently working toward her Bachelor of Science in Health Information Management from Southern New Hampshire University and was selected to be a member of The National Society of Leadership and Success. She has a love of learning and of sharing what she has learned with those around her. Crystal is also a member of AHIMA and an active member of AzHIMA where she is the Coding Roudtable Coordinator. In her spare time, Crystal enjoys long road trips where she and her husband, Doug, look for and find micro-breweries, to sample the local flavor.

This webinar will be available on-demand. This means that webinar will be recorded and sent out to all paid registrants, even if they register after the live webinar has occurred, or if they cannot make the time and date set for the live webinar.
Should you need to cancel your meeting registration, you may provide a substitute or cancel your registration. In any case, you must notify AzHIMA in writing by email as soon as possible. A 25% processing fee will be assessed on all cancellations received at least two weeks prior to the appropriate meeting date. After that date, the full registration fee will be forfeited. All refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt.
On Demand Webinars are non refundable.
When you register online, you will have the option to pay by mail with a check or pay online with a credit card (AMEX, MasterCard, Visa, or Discover).
If you are paying by check, select “mail a check” under payment options. You will later see instructions to print the confirmation page and mail your payment to KnowledgeConnex. The mailing address will be on the invoice. Make your check payable to KnowledgeConnex and include the confirmation/order number with the check. Checks that do not reference the confirmation number will be returned to you and will not be applied to the registration.
